Hi Hal - thank you for your feedback. Have you had a chance to speak with our Technical Services team regarding the cartridge issue you are having? It could be that the cartridge simply needs to be recovered so you can utilize the full ink amount.
There are many variables that play into the print amounts you receive - our published ink report is based on 150DPI utilizing a dot matrix font, which maximizes the cartridge life. Utilizing different fonts and higher DPIs will affect the total prints you get from the cartridge.
Our Technical Services team can also help you to ensure that all of your print settings are set so that you can maximize your ink cartridge life.
