Meenjet JS21 - 白色

overpriced, doesn't last, always dries out/clogs, even if covered using the included cover. got ~3 days of use, let it sit for a few weeks, and now the practically new, 200$ cartridge wont dispense at all. The black works much better for some reason...

Ordered one but wanted to change the order to two a few hours later. Simply called, made a quick payment, and it was that easy. Received them relatively quickly, haven't had any issues getting them to print on our jars and bottles.

The white cartridges are trash! Work great the first two days and goes downhill after that. After a month it’s just spraying the solvent with no pigment regardless of my shaking technique. Will never buy again.

Based on a presales conversation with Sneed they said there is no issue with using the white cartridge with the handheld gun. Unfortunately we lost tons of time every time we tried to use it due to the ink being pigment based and drying so quick (found out after the fact) it would clog ever few attempts to code our bottles.

We got on tech support and figured out the white ink was the issue. Now they won't refund us on the white purchase. Over the phone before sending it back to Sneed, they said for us to purchase the correct JS12 Black and would refund us for the white. Now they're going back on their word and not refunding us.

The handheld gun works great with the black JS12.

Unfortunately Sneed has an issue with customer service and a lack of communication between support and customer service.

I keep ordering several units because they stop working intermittently with no rhyme or reason. I try shaking the cartridges, to no avail.

Will have to sort out a solution soon, because I can't keep using cartridges like this.
