Battery Still Doesn’t Work

Our old handheld wouldn’t hold a charge, and we were instructed to get a new battery. We did, and it still won’t hold a charge.

I have a coffee roasting business and was in the market for a printer for roast dating our product. We purchased a M6 from Sneed and it has worked out great for us. I had one question about programming the printer and called for support. The issue was quickly explained. Great customer service.
