I have 30 mins on video of this ink not working

All in the title. If you would like to see someone clean their brand-new ink cartridge then run it through their machine only to have 4 out of every 7 items end up blank or smudged, I will send it to you. Although I do start swearing 25 minutes in.

SNEED-JET® ST-320 White Ink Cartridge Overview
The ST-320 White Ink is excellent for marking porous and non-porous substrates. The ST-320 dry time is typically instant to a few seconds but can take longer depending on application and environment conditions.

Substrates
The ST-320 white ink offers excellent adhesion on glass, plastic, metal, aluminum, concrete, pipe, glossy boxes, film, corrugated boxes, paper and many other substrates.
