ok, not great
I have purchased at least 6 of these handheld printers. Like the title says they are ok, but not great. The daily 7-hour use seems too much for these.

Great product and amazing staff
The lot gun is crystal clear and adheres to the plastic bags we were working with. I also emailed asking if they could expedite the order because we were in a last minute bind. The staff was so accommodating and shipped this overnight on our account.
I will definitely be ordering another one soon.
