SNEED-JET® Titan Printer

We installed the printer on our filling machine a couple days ago. All the testing worked properly, after we found the correct speed and delay settings. Today we are using it for the first production run. The printer worked flawlessly. We have this installed on 1 out of 17 machines. I will be asking our company president if I can purchase 16 more units to upgrade all of our filling machines.

Buying printers form oversees was not my first choice, but after seeing the presentation on Sneed web site, i decided i give it a GO. And I am impressed by how easy it was form choosing, purchasing, quick delivery. I did not even need to call available service, because it was so easy to set it up. And for time being, no problems, works like a pro.
I recommend it!

We purchased our first Sneed Titan, plugged it in and used and it was great. We went ahead to purchase a second one which powered up but the screen was blank and we tried a range of fixes and sought help and were told to send it back which cost us $69... now waiting for it to return, but disappointing for it not to work at all. We also ordered 2 x printer inks in a second shipment and were charged for 2 and delivery paperwork for 2, but only included in the shipment. Will try and explain and chase up the missing one and see how we go :(

Cost per print is marginally high at volume but ease of use and install time kept production running when a machine over 10x the cost went out of service.
