We have purchased 13 of your Titan series printer/coders. These units replaced a rubber stamp crash printing system. With the exception of one bad cable out of the 13 units, they have worked flawlessly. The quality of the printing is far superior to the rubber stamp system. Our machines are 1945 era packet filling machines. We needed to fabricate custom mounting brackets for mounting the print head to our machines. Everything else was ready to go from what we received with our purchase. If a company needs a quality printing/coding system I would highly recommend the Sneed Titan unit, for the quality of printing and the easy-to-use programing.
I'm extremely frustrated with SNEED cartridges. Two of ours stopped working after only 8-10 months of use, well within their expected lifespan. They either dried out completely or barely printed, despite still having plenty of ink 80-90% each.
We contacted support about the first two cartridges, and they instructed us to pay for shipping to send them for repair, only to inform us they couldn't do anything. To avoid halting our production, we purchased a third cartridge before receiving their non-solution. Now, we're offered a mere 25% credit on a future purchase, which is useless, as we won't be buying from SNEED again. We explicitly requested a refund for the value of that credit for our recent purchase, and communication ceased.
The lack of transparency, combined with product failures and poor customer support, is incredibly disappointing.
We're sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with our ST-300 cartridges. We understand how disruptive it can be when equipment doesn't perform as expected, especially when it impacts your production.
We reviewed your case, and while we always aim to find a solution for our customers, the cartridges in question were unfortunately outside of their warranty period. Our records also indicate that the issues experienced were likely due to the cartridges not being used or stored according to our recommended guidelines, which can lead to premature drying or poor print quality regardless of the ink level.
Regarding the 25% credit, this was offered as a gesture of goodwill, despite the warranty expiration and the likely cause of the issue not being a manufacturing defect. We understand that this may not be the resolution you were hoping for, and we regret that we are unable to offer a refund for products outside of warranty and whose performance issues are attributed to usage and storage conditions rather than product malfunction.

One cartridge is great, the second is sporadic.

Over all the ink works great and is quick drying. We used this ink prior in our first production run and encountered some issues with the physical printer, but the sneed customer service rep was great at helping us trouble shoot. Would highly recommend!
We have used the printer on several hundred containers with out any issues at all.
This printer was very easy to use, with very detailed instructions.
