SI-X30 Ink Cartridge

Although we love how the printer works when it works, the ink cartridge clogs almost within the first several weeks of use. We then use the suction tool to unclog the ink jets per your instructions. This in turn uses (wastes) up to half the available ink over the next two months leaving us no choice but to order a new cartridge. Very expensive for so little amount of actual use.

Thank you for your honest feedback — we understand how frustrating it is when a cartridge doesn’t deliver the usable life you expect.

For certain applications, an alternative ink formulation like our SI-300 can be a suitable alternative when throw distance is not a constraint. Not reliable enough for production

returning another cartridge - about 30% don't work. I get a refund or replacement, but I'm left shipping product with no dates in the mean time. After using this system for 2 years, I'm realizing that it's not going to cut it. Looking to other options

Ink Jet Cartridge

We keep having to buy new ink jet cartridges. Cartridges are drying out and we cannot get them to work ( with 90% +) of ink left. we keep them in a temperature controlled room with the cover on, everything we are supposed to do. We use this printer one to two times a month. I have two dead cartridges right now. Any advice to keep the new one healthy would be a huge help. Right now we are regretting buying this system.

SI-X30 Black ink Cartridge High Throw

We have been very impressed with the performance of this ink. We use it code clamshells and it works with about a 1/4" distance with no problem.
