Yellow cartridge not working

Same story as others. Bought the Yellow cartridge and it didn't work. Sent it back and Sneed replaced it but shipping still cost us. The replacement cartridge worked but was sometimes spotty. We didn't use the cartrige for 4 months(had it stored as per the intructions) went to use it and it no longer works. Our black didn't work either after 4 months but with a bunch of cleaning it came back. These are expensive cartridges and the should be replaced by the manufacture no charge.

Hello Leo - thank you for your feedback. Based on your order history, it looks like these cartridges were purchased in July 2021 - the ink cartridges only have a 12 month shelf life, so this may likely be part of the issue. We see you have been in touch with Technical Services for assistance. Once we get the cartridges in for analysis we can better provide a resolution for you.

Second yellow cartridge that doesn't work

We have only recently purchased the Sneed Coding Printer and the Black works great but the first yellow cartridge has never worked so we ordered another which also has not worked. Please make sure this product works before selling it, especially when the cartridge costs over $200 and then customer has to pay for return shipping!!!

The ink seems dry is super blotchy and gift cards in the printer worst ink I ever used

Meenjeet JS41 Ink Cartridge, Yellow
The Meenjet JS41 Yellow Ink is excellent for marking porous and non-porous substrates. The Meenjet JS41 dry time is typically instant to a few seconds but can take longer depending on application and environment conditions. 

Substrates
The Meenjet JS41 yellow ink offers excellent adhesion on glass, plastic, metal, aluminum, concrete, pipe, glossy boxes, film, corrugated boxes, paper and many other substrates.
