SNEED-JET® XL Large Character Portable Handheld Printer

I purchased a SNEED-JET XL and was very excited to receive the printer. The printer had issues out of the box. It was unable to print without large horizontal bands. After discussing the issue with support, they determined it was defective and asked for it to be returned. 19 days later, I still don't have any news about the status of my printer. This was a very disappointing experience. The team over at Sneed had little to no compassion for my negative experience with the printer. They offered no resolution other than to wait for their engineers to diagnose the issue, which is taking a very long time. I would've appreciated a printer exchange to expedite getting it back in my hands. Or, at the very least, a small discount on my next order. But no concessions were made. I do not recommend this company.
