How do I feel about my purchase? Upon arrival, the battery was not charging, so I had to contact customer service to replace it. I also realized I needed an additional add-on plate and white ink to label my jars; the plate was dented, but I overlooked it, and the white ink smuggles easily, unlike the black ink. It's been more problems than expected. (Also, not a fan of the credit surcharge.)

We understand the reasoning behind the credit card fee but the way you have implemented it is easy on you and hard on the customer. Having to reach out directly would, set up a process on our own to order a ink cartride would cost more money in time than the surcharge. You should have just adjusted the price with the surcharge included or given an easy way to pay via ACH, Paypal, Zelle or PO /TERMS when placing an order on the web. As business people we are going to do what is most cost effective and efficient.
