Shipping was a bit high and the tax was correct for our state, not even close! By the time it was said and done it was pricier than I would like, but it was shipped quickly and well.

Battery Still Doesn’t Work
Our old handheld wouldn’t hold a charge, and we were instructed to get a new battery. We did, and it still won’t hold a charge.
