This printer prints great on our case boxes and has eliminated hand applied printed labels, definitely saving time. My only negative is that each product needs to be created on the small touch screen on the printer which can be awkward. It would be nice to have some desktop software to create each SKU print and then transfer to the printer, just to be easier to create the SKUs print.
