Portable Inkjet Coder

Easy to use and clear coding.

I absolutely love this Portable Inkjet Coder, Part marking parts has always been dreaded in our shop, little numbers messy ink. With our new Inkjet coder, part marking has become a breeze. Prints perfectly and ink dries so quickly.

Happy with the product so far.

Functionally the inkstamp produced is great. Super quick, ink is durable and easily readable. Ink cartridge is easy to install and use every time.

Issues: TOUCH SCREEN! The touch screen even after recalibration is tough to use, doesn't respond to touch super well (but does respond when provoked), and the options on the right (edit, save, delete, etc) are so close you can easily erase a file. Also, creating a custom part number from the screen is not entirely intuitive.

Suggestion/Improvement:
1. PLEASE add an toggle between inches and millimeters!
2. Where the ink prints from the cartridge I'd recommend placing in the top right of the face of the gun. Any parts where you don't have 5 to 7 inches of unobstructed space you won't be able to roll the inkstamper gun.

Very good product that worked well to replace the more expensive machines we had before.
