Our Printer setup requires two cartridges to complete a single large print on successive items. We ordered two cartridges, since our remaining cartridges from prior printing would no longer pass the obvious liquid content through the printhead. One of the two new cartridges worked and provided a nice print. The other cartridge would not pass its liquid through the printhead, despite performance of the recommended cleaning procedures.
It should be noted that there is no lot number, manufacturing date or expiration date on the cartridges. When we had this problem in the past, we returned the non-working cartridge and received a replacement. However, the creates a significant interruption in initiation of our printing. Please check the ability of these cartridges to print either by individual testing or random sampling of a lot when they are produced. We are using these for a critical supply contract for the US Navy and would appreciate a quick response and resolution.
