Awesome product

It took me a minute to navigate the setting but once I got the hang of it, easy peasy. I like the Meenjet a lot, I'm use to the big industrial ink jet coders and this one does a great job with less space consumption. Need to order White ink for amber glass bottles.

Cartridge is fine

new cartridge is fine. however the old one still had a 133000 prints left according to the unit. can I get a credit on that cartridge it I send it in?

Meenjeet JS10 Ink Cartridge Overview
The Meenjet JS10 Black Ink is excellent for marking porous and non-porous substrates. The Meenjet JS10 dry time is typically instant to a few seconds but can take longer depending on application and environment conditions. 

Substrates
The Meenjet JS10 black ink offers excellent adhesion on glass, plastic, metal, aluminum, concrete, pipe, glossy boxes, film, corrugated boxes, paper and many other substrates.
